Part Exchange

Q What is the Part Exchange Scheme about?

A The Croudace Homes Part Exchange Scheme has provided help, not only to home-owners unable to sell their own home on the open market but to those who want a stress free house purchase.

Q What type of property qualifies for Part Exchange?

A Your existing property should be reasonably modern (ideally less than 15 years old) with an estimated value that is 30% less than the new home you are buying from us, with a £50,000 minimum differential between selling prices.

Croudace Homes will consider most types of property except studios, flats, apartments, conversions, flat roof properties and mobile homes.

Part Exchange is not available under the Help to Buy Scheme.

Q How do I find out where my closest development(s) are?

A Simply use our search options on our Homepage to find developments by county, price range or to jump to a specific development you may looking for.

Alternatively, why not use our interactive map within our Homefinder page to tailor your results also by bedroom, view forthcoming sites and find currently available homes?

Q How do I find out about development launches and events?

A If you’re particularly interested in a forthcoming development and register your interest to our database - we can keep you up to date with launches, incentive weekends and other events.

Q How do I find the opening times of a marketing suite?

A When a development is ready, we will update our database of the launch opening date and times a week in advance.

Once launched, all of our marketing suites and show homes are open daily from 10am to 5pm.

Q How is buying with Croudace Homes different?
