Part Exchange

QWhat is the Part Exchange Scheme about?
A

The Croudace Homes Part Exchange Scheme has provided help, not only to home-owners unable to sell their own home on the open market but to those who want a stress free house purchase.

The service is totally free and you can rest assured that the sale will proceed quickly and simply leaving you time to concentrate on the more enjoyable aspects of home purchase.

QWhat type of property qualifies for Part Exchange?
A

Your existing property should be reasonably modern (ideally less than 15 years old) with an estimated value that is 30% less than the new home you are buying from us, with a £50,000 minimum differ ential between selling prices.

Croudace Homes will consider most types o f property except studios, conversions, flat roof properties and mobile homes.

QDoes my existing home have to be located within a certain area?
A

Croudace Homes will consider a property which is located within our operating area in the South of England.

QHow do you value my property and make an offer?
A

If your property meets the above criteria Croudace Homes will normally ask two local estate agents to provide a valuation.

Croudace Homes will then make an offer based on these valuations and if this is acceptable t o you a final inspection will be carried out by a Croudace representative.

QHow long will I have to wait for the initial offer?
A

From receipt of your initial enquiry Croudace Homes will normally provide an offer within 7 days.

QCan I change my mind?
A

Yes, either party can withdraw from the transaction prior to an exchange of contract.

QWhat costs will I incur for using the Part Exchange Scheme?
A

There are no additional costs, as Croudace Homes will meet the costs of all estate agency fees.

QWhat other benefits are there with the Part Exchange Scheme?
A

The Croudace Homes Part Exchange Scheme removes all the doubts and fears associated with home purchase.

There are no waiting periods to find a buyer and no last minute let downs. There are also no chains involved, so once agreed, sit back and let Croudace Homes do the rest.

Property Enquiries

QHow do I find out where my closest development(s) are?
A

Simply use our search options on our Homepage to find developments by county, price range or to jump to a specific development you may looking for.

Alternatively, why not use our interactive map within our Homefinder page to tailor your results also by bedroom, view forthcoming sites and find currently available homes?

QHow do I find out about development launches and events?
A

If you’re particularly interested in a forthcoming development and register your interest to our database - we can keep you up to date with launches, incentive weekends and other events.

QHow do I find the opening times of a marketing suite?
A

When a development is ready, we will update our database of the launch opening date and times a week in advance.

Once launched, all of our marketing suites and show homes are open daily from 10am to 5pm.

QHow is buying with Croudace Homes different?
A
